Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To keep Roewan safe and lawful, you must not use our services to engage in or promote any of the following. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

1. Illegal or harmful activity

• Anything unlawful; harassment, threats, doxxing, stalking.
• Exploitation or endangerment of minors; sexually explicit content involving minors (zero tolerance).
• Terrorism, hate or violent extremism; incitement of violence or self-harm.

2. Prohibited content & goods

• Explicit sexual content, pornography, or escorting services.
• Weapons, explosives, or instructions to make them.
• Illegal drugs or paraphernalia.
• Counterfeit, stolen, or infringing goods; circumvention tools.
• Highly regulated goods/services without proof of compliance.

3. Intellectual property

• Do not upload, request, or deliver content that infringes third-party IP.
• Honor license terms stated in listings.
• Respond to DMCA notices; we may remove content and notify the Creator.

4. Payments & platform integrity

• No fraud, scams, or misrepresentation.
• No payment off-platform to avoid fees for transactions initiated on Roewan.
• No chargeback abuse.
• Don't interfere with security, scrape private data, or overload our systems.

5. Personal data & privacy

• Don't collect, store, or share others' personal data except as necessary for the transaction and consistent with our Privacy Policy and the law.
• No doxxing or publishing private information without consent.

6. Enforcement

We may remove or refuse content, pause orders, withhold or reverse payouts, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate this AUP or our Terms. Report violations to support@roewan.com.
